Shipping
Shipping + Pick Up costs vary depending on the number and size of the item(s) as well as the country of destination. You can see the corresponding fee(s) in your order total after you put in your address.
A product must be rented via our website at least 14 days before the occasion. After completing your order you need to book the desired date of delivery by entering your order number.
Supplementary Services
We offer an installation and deinstallation service on certain rentals. The respective price is declared with the relevant product. If you claim the service on more than one item you will get a 20% discount.
For our Planning & Staging Services please contact us directly. Prices are a matter of agreement.
Damages
If a product is returned damaged we reserve the right to charge you with an amount up to 200% of the rental price.
Discontent + Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a product please approach us via email or phone. We will run a thorough inspection and will get back to you with a fair resolution proposal.
